According to the designed anchoring length, use the rod body to feed the selected anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole, and then start the agitator to drive the rod body to rotate and stir, advancing uniformly to the bottom of the hole. The stirring time may vary depending on the type of anchoring agent.



 



After removing the mixer, fix the rod body in the hole in a timely manner, and do not shift or shake the rod body before solidification.



 



After a certain period of time (such as 10 minutes for ultra fast, 15 minutes for fast, and 30 minutes for medium speed), test the anchoring force, and tighten the nuts on the support plate at appropriate times (such as 10 to 60 seconds for ultra fast, 90 to 180 seconds for fast, and 480 seconds for medium speed, respectively), so that the anchor rod can bear the load.



 



In addition, the construction process of Underground Mining Thread Rebar Rock Bolt rods also includes steps such as determining the eye position, drilling holes, cleaning holes, filling resin coils, installing anchor rods, and installing cushion plates after solidification.
