The transformer radiator assembly machine is a manual auxiliary tooling equipment specially designed for the assembly of transformer radiator fins. It aims to simplify the combined welding process of components such as radiator fins, oil collecting pipes, and reinforcing ribs through mechanized positioning and driving, improve assembly efficiency and precision, and is suitable for mass production scenarios of small and medium-sized transformer radiators.
1.Functional Overview
Mechanized Positioning
Precise alignment of oil collecting pipes, radiator fins, and reinforcing ribs is achieved through structures such as guide rails and fixtures to ensure uniform spacing between components and reduce manual alignment errors.
Electrically Driven Assembly
Motor-driven lead screw transmission is adopted to realize automatic pressing or pushing of radiator fins and oil collecting pipes, improving assembly efficiency.
Auxiliary Welding Support
Provides a stable welding platform to support manual welding processes such as argon arc welding and CO₂ gas shielded welding. Some models can integrate simple welding tooling (such as welding torch brackets).
2.Key Structures
Frame and Guide Rails
Welded frame made of high-strength steel profiles with anti-corrosion treatment on the surface;
Horizontal guide rails for positioning oil collecting pipes, and vertical guide rails for stacking radiator fins.
Fixture System
Pneumatic/manual fixtures: Quickly clamp oil collecting pipes and radiator fins with adjustable clamping force;
Adjustable limit baffles: Adapt to radiator fins of different lengths (range: 500-4000mm).
